Refund Policy: Your satisfaction is our goal. If the item becomes damaged in transit, we can offer to reship an item, but can not offer refunds.

Shipping Policy: Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your order before shipment. We ship USPS Monday – Thursday, excluding holidays.

Please note: We do not ship Chocolate during warmer weather as we Can Not guarantee its safe arrival nor replace heat damaged products.
